I can’t believe it’s fall. How did this happen? Followers of this blog who see our social media posts know that our little family has been in the midst of a BIG move from New Jersey to Georgia the past couple of months, hence the silence over here.
Now that we’re settled, I’m enjoying getting our beautiful new home decorated, watching the girls flourish among new friends and at school and dance activities, and of course shopping for the seasons ahead.
As always, Pink Blush womens clothing is high on my list for their versatility, style, and price point. When shopping the cutest fall fashion looks for moms, I knew I needed cozy, practical, and pretty.
I have a feeling this date-night dress is going to be in heavy rotation for the months to come. Available in many colors, I chose black because it’s been a while since I grabbed a new LBD (and every woman needs a few!).
The length is perfect — long enough that I don’t have to worry about bending over to pick toys, bottles, or shoes up off the floor but with a sheer overlay so it still shows plenty of gam. I personally adore anything lace (you all saw my wedding pics, right?!), so this was a great pick for fall.
And then for the casual days at home, my favorite kind — fall scents filling the air, carving pumpkins on the porch, watching football with a glass of wine in hand… this adorable sweater.
If you’re a basic fall b* like me, you know buffalo plaid is where it’s at this time of year. The elbow patches won me over right away — and then when it came in the mail I realized this beaut also has POCKETS. What is this life?
As we settle into a routine in Georgia, I’m looking forward to cooler days where I can throw on my comfy fall tunic or dress that LBD down with tights and ankle boots on my way out the door.
